Yes, every furbaby is required to take their full vaccine before joining or book any of our programs.

Furbabies under 5 months old and not fully vaccinated cannot enroll in our Kindergarten program. This precaution is to safeguard their health as they will be interacting with other fur babies.

Different from training school, Pet Kindergarten is more about socialization and fun activities. They will have their snacks, meal, nap, and social time. It provides a playful environment where pets can interact with others and develop social skills.

Yes, we offer a one-day trial class for our Kindergarten program. This allows pet parents to experience what our classes are like and see the benefits of joining the program firsthand.

Reservations are required for our programs, especially for styling. Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance, though we recommend booking earlier to secure your preferred date. For urgent bookings, kindly contact us directly or check availability on our reservation page.

    • We understand that pawparents may want their fur babies to stay together. We offer an ‘extra dog’ service for those who wish to have their dogs in the same room. However, this service is only available for certain room types to ensure that every fur baby has enough space.
    One of the benefits of our pet hotel is that your fur baby will be taken out to play twice a day for at least 15 minutes each time, ensuring they don’t get stressed in their room. You can also request special treatments if desired.
    Many of our pawparents inquire about the differences between our Hotel and Daycare services. In Daycare, pets are placed in our playground all day, allowing them to socialize and play with other fur babies. They share a drinking bowl, but don’t worry, they are separated briefly during meal times to ensure they eat comfortably.
